SKORN

A cross-system orchestration layer that governs when execution is allowed to advance across systems that don’t trust each other.

The Problem

Modern platforms are siloed, brittle, and centralized. Execution breaks when systems cannot coordinate state, trust, or continuity, forcing operators to stitch together workflows across tools that were never designed to work together.

The SKORN Approach

SKORN introduces a top-down, state-aware execution model designed to operate beneath applications and platforms. Using a disciplined, pyramid-based structure, SKORN governs when actions are allowed to proceed — even across systems that do not natively trust one another.

Why This Exists

SKORN is built by a senior operations leader with over six years running real manufacturing and operations environments, including four years as a Senior Manager. The platform exists because existing systems consistently fail the people responsible for making execution actually work.

Current Focus

SKORN is in an early, founder-led phase. We are currently seeking design partners, strategic conversations, and select tooling evaluations while the core architecture is finalized.
